PROGRAMS & Registration

No rowing experience necessary; new students are encouraged to join in the winter, summer, and fall. We strive to retain and develop students that have a passion for the sport and a commitment to improving. We are a no-cut team. Costs include coaching, equipment, race uniform (where applicable), race entry fees (where applicable). Costs do NOT include food, travel or lodging.


U13 - Winter 1 (Nov 5, 2018 - Dec 27, 2018) & Winter 2 (Jan 2, 2019 - Feb 21, 2019)

For students that have no experience with rowing or are returning to our program. Students are still sampling a variety of activities, trying to find their passion. Age-appropriate training curriculum for students that are encouraged to participate in other academic, artistic and athletic activities throughout the year. (There will be limited training during Dec 20 - Jan 1; more details coming soon)

• TRAINING: Mon-Thu 5:45pm - 6:15pm

Students are starting to narrow down their focus to rowing and a few activities outside of school that they really like. Age-appropriate training curriculum for students who want to commit to rowing more and are motivated to get better. (There will be limited training during Dec 20 - Jan 1; more details coming soon)
• AGES: 13-14 (athletes may “row up” based on coach recommendation)
• STUDENT:COACH: 16:1 (max per session)
• TRAINING: Mon-Fri 3:50pm (arrive as early as you can) - 5:40pm & Sat 7:50am-9:40am
• COMMITMENT: choose 3-5 days / week
• COMPETITIONS: 0-2 (per coach decision)

Age-appropriate training curriculum for students that are the most passionate and committed to rowing and are rowing year-round. For students with any social or learning limitation or challenge please contact us in advance of registration so we can make sure we create the correct coach-to-student ratio in order to best support the learning environment of all our students. For students with any physical limitation or challenge, we have limited resources for individualized equipment, but we will do what we can to make reasonable accommodations.
