AGES 13-14 (younger athletes may “row up” based on coach recommendation)
For students that have no experience with rowing or are returning to our program. Students are starting to narrow down their focus to rowing and a few activities outside of school that they really like. Age-appropriate training curriculum for students who want to commit to rowing more and are motivated to get better. In addition to training time, students are expected to participate/compete in monthly testing, time trials, and races (per coach recommendation).
WINTER 1 (Nov 5 - Dec 29): M-F 3:50-5:40pm & Sa 7:50-9:40am, choose 3-5 days/wk
WINTER 2 (Jan 2 - Feb 23): M-F 3:50-5:40pm & Sa 7:50-9:40am, choose 3-5 days/wk
SPRING (Feb 25 - Jun 2): M-F 3:50-6:15pm & Sa 7:50-10:15am, choose 3-5 days/wk
SUMMER (Jun 17 - Aug 10): M-F 7:50-9:40am, choose 3-5 days/wk
FALL (TBD): M-F 3:50-5:40pm & Sa 7:50-9:40am, choose 3-5 days/wk
