Train for Fitness

No rowing experience required. Age-appropriate individual workout plan for any age, ability and goals (from parents looking to regain fitness to service members training to excel on their next fitness test). Training sessions as short as 20-30 minutes to fit in to your busy schedule. Register per ~8-week training periods.

Train for Fitness is for anyone that has access to a Concept 2 RowErg; rowing machine not provided by Gem City Crew. Select number of days per week you would like to train (1-6 ) during registration. Cost includes workout plan, and performance tracking provided via email / text.

We can support the following military fitness tests:
▪ Marine Corps Physical Fitness Test (PFT) - 5000m row
▪ US Navy Physical Readiness Testing (PRT) - 2000m row
▪ Air Force Tier II fitness assessment - 1000m row
▪ Army Combat Fitness Test (ACFT) - 5000m row, Sled Drag
