REQUIRED TRAINING ITEMS

• water bottle covered with sock (to protect the boats)
• athletic clothes AND SOCKS (wearing a shirt is required at all times)
• gym shoes & sandals (crocs or slides are best)
• cold temperatures: wear long sleeves and dress in layers
• rain: wear waterproof/breathable outer layer
• towel or mat (Recommended: 30-40” × 60-90”)
waterproof notebook and pen (Recommended: RiteintheRain.com - 3.25” x 4.625” notebook + pen No.93K)
resistance band (Recommended: #0 size-1/4” wide, 4.5mm thick, 82” circ. loop type)

RECOMMENDED/OPTIONAL:
• sunglasses, sunscreen
• change of clothes and towel, in the event a flip/capsize occurs
